Customer complained of the air conditioner not working like it used to. Looked over system, performed an air conditioning inspection. No issues found, filled with refrigerant and added dye for leak detection.
CaseIH 1660 rotor repair
Over a preseason inspection, found the rotor moving excessively in the threshing chamber. Found the rotor hub completely shot, removed and replaced hub and performed a few other repairs to this unit.
Backhoe transmission issues
This backhoe would not move forward. Removed transmission, rebuilt component. Reinstalled with a new torque convertor in place as well.
CaseIH 1680 gearcase failure
This machine locked its gearcase up due to lack of lubrication. Removed and rebuilt gearcase with new and used parts to get this machine back in working order.
Hopper Bottom axle leak
This unit had a wheel hub cover leaking. Cleaned the breathers, topped off oil levels, ensured no other leaks.
Sprayer, Skid steers, and Excavator.
Performed sprayer inspection, replaced failed ECM on cat skid loader, performed 500 hour service on bobcat skid loader, fixed leaking pilot hydraulic lines on 322B excavator.
